1 large piece Salmon or White Fish (bones removed)
1 cup Broccoli, chopped
1 cup Green Beans, chopped
2 small Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 pats Butter
Poach salmon or white fish for 10 minutes in a shallow pan with water that has been brought to a boil and then simmered, then take the fish out with a slotted spoon to rest.
Poach the green beans, broccoli and sweet potatoes in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Drain the veggies and chop together.
Flake the fish, mix with the vegetables and toss with butter.
Cool and serve warm.
