The Ruff Grip dog leash is a gorgeous and useful leash. I love them!
Look at this leash! It’s gorgeous. It looks like the leash we’d use when we dressed up with the dogs. Ruff Grip sent Sydney and Rodrigo a Ruff Grip Dog Leash and we love them. The dogs don’t seem to notice the leashes, but we do and so do people we pass on the Centennial Trail.
The Ruff Grip Dog Leash is a stylish, sturdy leash that helps me when I’m walking two 70 pound dogs. The grip is solid. There’s no need for me to wrap the leash around my wrist, something that is dangerous when walking two strong dogs. If they bolt after a rabbit, cat, or bird, my wrist goes with them, the rest of me follows. The Ruff Grip Dog Leash will be the only leash that we need. The only thing that we’re missing is one more leash for our fourth dog (to be announced some day), but I don’t mind spending $29.99 for the last leash that we’ll ever own.
If you’re waffling between spending $10 on a leash or $29.99 for a leash that will last, then let me share a few things about the Ruff Grip Dog Leash…
- it provides extra grip while leash training your puppy
- it’s fantastic for dog owners with arthritis or carpal tunnel
- the easy grip leash allows you to easily shorten the leash whenever you want
- the leash is amazingly lightweight
- the Ruff Grip is low maintenance, extremely tough and durable
- it works when the weather is wet or dry, hot or cold – it doesn’t slip
My boyfriend is really impressed with our new leashes; this is high praise from someone who tends to believe that I spoil the dogs. This from the guy who gives the best tummy rubs on the planet according to the dynamic duo.
Take from a Fur Mom who has spent lots of money on collars (we stopped buying them) and leashes that just weren’t up to our crazy active life – this is a fantastic investment and I can’t wait to introduce our next rescue dog to his or her new Ruff Grip Leash.
Disclaimer: We received two leashes for free in exchange for this product review. My thoughts on the leash are honest and we now only use Ruff Grip leashes when walking our dogs.

These leashes are adorable! I may have to look into these when we get our pup (or at least get one from my mom, she would love it with her yorkie!).

They are really nice. I was surprised by the price, because I expected them to cost over $50. I’ve seen leashes that are over $100 – way out of my budget – that looked the same.
